The short version
Herrick AutomationsLLC ("we") builds websites and communication systems for small businesses. Using this website, or texting and calling with us, means you accept these terms. Paid work is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project; where a proposal and this page disagree, the proposal wins.
Our services
Scope, price, and timeline for any project are set in writing before work starts. We do honest work at the quoted price. If something changes mid-project, we tell you and agree on the change before it costs you anything.
Text messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive service-related text messages from us or from systems we operate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site or any system we operate: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, probe, or overload them, and no using them to harass anyone. We may stop serving anyone who does.
Content and ownership
This site's content belongs to Herrick Automations LLC. Work we deliver to a client belongs to that client once it is paid for, as spelled out in their agreement. You keep ownership of everything you provide to us.
